My Ascension: Suicide Prevention Advocate Emma Benoit Shares Her Hope and Story w/Dr. Tim Clinton

April 26, 2024

A suicide attempt at age 16 left Emma Benoit partially paralyzed but propelled her on a mission to use her painful experience to help other young people find hope. She reminds people, “those thoughts are not serving you! Express your pains and your hurts, find someone, they are out there, to open up to.” Emma tells Dr. Clinton that God is on the throne of our lives too, and no one has to suffer in silence. There is always someone in your corner to provide hope, help, and steps towards healing.
