This study is about the life of Samson, a judge of Israel. Samson was crucial to sustaining Israel during a trying time because he was able to recognize the danger of compromise with the enemy. The Nazarite vow was another aspect of Samson's life that defined him. We also must realize the danger of compromising with the enemy and just as the Nazarite vow was a sign of Samson's dedication to God, we as Christians are called to a life that shows our commitment to God.
