When Moses met with God in the desert, he received his calling to lead Israel out of Egypt. Even though his calling came at that moment, God had been working in his life from the beginning, starting from his education in the Egyptian culture, and the 40 years he spent in the desert as a sheperd.
In the same way, we can trust that when we are called by God, He will equip us to be able to acomplish what He has called us to do.
