Southern Sudan has the highest proportion of blindness of any nation; at last count, there is only one ophthalmologist per 9,000,000 people. Operation Nehemiah is collecting thousands of eyeglasses to help get this nation on its feet. Kevin Swanson interviews Robert Kirkman on this outreach in Africa.
