We take a look at federal outlays per capita and the graduated income tax over 45 years, and identify the worst presidents in terms of fiscal irresponsibility. Presidents Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and George W. Bush administrations were the worst. President Obama’s was the best, and President Clinton was second best.
