The State of Children in America
CNN gives us a story announcing that the “kids are doing just fine!” But, by what metrics? More homosexuals. Less pregnancies. More psychotropic drugs. Less suicides. And, 70% of young men are not “grown up” by 30 years of age (up from 30% in 1970). We also review a very important report from the Family Research Council entitled, “Who Should Decide How Children are Educated.” The good news, is parents are very dissatisfied with public schools, and only 73% of American children are enrolled in public schools, down from 80% in 1990. Interesting stuff on this edition of Generations!
