Hallmark Channel (and Chick Fil-A) have managed to make everybody mad, when pulled in to the homosexual morass. Why must they give in to the homosexual community, which makes up only 2% of the population vs. the 50% of heartland America that is watching their channel? But, then we turn to the more basic question. Shall we watch Hallmark movies at all? What’s the worldview behind the “redemption by being kind to one another” story? We also caution about romantic lust. The only kind of lust is not homosexual lust. What about the lust or discontentment that arises while binging on Hallmark Romance Movies?

Is the evangelical family as the same lowest denominator as what is found among Catholics? On the one hand, here is a little one who needs the Lord, a Savior, badly. Finland’s new prime minister is also the very incarnation of a lost generation. She is a 34-year-old daughter of a lesbian. But, our attention turns to the church. It is interesting that there is still a vast difference between Liberals and Conservatives, especially smaller evangelical churches, when it comes to women and children leading.

It's a Shadrach, Meschach, and Abednego moment for the Christian colleges in America associated with the CCCU. The evangelical and CCCU support of the "Fairness for All Except for Jack Phillips" bill in Congress is the most disappointing, treacherous, embarrassing, and fruitless concession to the homosexual zeitgeist ever seen in Christian history. Here is a clarion call to the Christian colleges to get out of this fatally compromised institution. Here is a call to Christian families and churches to tell the Christian colleges to get out of the CCCU, and give up on its accreditation, now.

Some conservatism that masquerades as the opposite of liberalism is just as dangerous as liberalism. Modern media sets individual autonomy against corporate humanist autonomy, and both of them are equally bad. Milo Yiannapolois is an excellent representative of this paradigm. CPAC and Breitbart act out their horror with pedophilia while they are just fine with homosexuality. The hypocrisy drips. Buttigieg is in top running in Iowa and New Hampshire right now, and could be the Democrat choice for president. Why are Democrats like Hillary Clinton, Pete Buttigieg, and Barack Obama so much more familiar with the Bible, and likely to quote the Bible? In fact, quotations from the Bible are much more common among these candidates than they were from presidents serving in the 1830s and 1840s. Whence all this religious talk? A substitute teacher in Utah was hurried off school property when she made the “mistake” of telling the class that homosexuality was a sin. The leader of the Southern Baptists encourages us to be “nice” and capitulate to using preferred pronouns. But, would Jesus use a preferred pronoun for one attempting to change their God-given gender? Would He give credence to a lie? Will Christians be willing to lose their jobs over this sort of thing? Or, will they fold like a cheap suit?
