Agenda to Take America Down - The Revolution is Now

July 8, 2020

The revolution has kicked in to a high gear at this point. We wanted to catch up with Curtis Bowers, producer of the award-winning documentary, “Agenda — Grinding America Down,” on this segment of the program. Where are we now in the Agenda, and how does this compare to the communist insurrections happening in America in the 1960s? The agenda is advancing.

America crossed over to the dark side in 2007, as the shift in moral perspectives shifted from an average of 48.6% to 64.4% support for evil. By the Gallup Moral Acceptability poll, America is 32.6% more evil than she was in 2001. We include the ten “Most Devastating Events” in American Civil History on this program. What America needs more than anything is humility, repentance, regeneration, and faith in God’s only Savior — the Lord Jesus Christ.

We learn much of Christ’s works as this is the heart of the Gospel message, but what is the character and personality of Christ in relation to those who approach Him? What more encouraging message than to learn of the approachability and the compassion of Jesus Christ, the Savior of God, the Son of God when He walked on earth?  This is eternal life — to know God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent.  Let’s get to know Him better.  Be encouraged by this interview with author, Dane Ortlund.

When Woodrow Wilson’s name came down from Princeton’s Public School of Policy, it was a ironic and fitting ending to the man who himself undermined the foundations of America. Woodrow Wilson was arguably the worst president in American history - consulting witchcraft, conducting an affair, advocating a Darwinian Political State, pushing for racism hard, and introducing socialism to America. However, there is a real heritage still to defend and to honor this Fourth of July Weekend. We go over the real heritage, the good heritage, the God-honoring heritage of the nation. Also, in this segment of Generations, we reveal the secret behind the cover on “America In God’s Providence.”

Twenty states (all blue) are mandating masks now for those going out in public. In some states — $5,000 fines for those who won’t comply. There are varying levels of compulsion involved in every state, when it comes to wearing the mask. So, what about Christians? How do we apply love, power, and a sound mind, when it comes to the wearing of the mask?

The BLM and CRT crowd, the Marxists, and others are shaming Christians, and not enough are standing boldly and speaking the truth, and then going to the stake for it. The silence from Christians is deafening, and many are joining the other side. In fact, the majority of evangelicals appear to be joining the other side, if you believe the stats from evangelical book sales. The silence, the fear, the concessions is appalling. Where is Leonard Ravenhill, Martin Lloyd-Jones, Martin Luther, and John Knox today? We need a Holy Spirit outpouring upon thousands of Christians -- to go. stand. and speak.

China’s private sector still takes over 60% of the GDP, and America has slipped to 48% this year. Does this mean that America has turned more communist - more big government than China? There is a difference — America’s socialism is kinder and gentler, sort of. Here we see again the fall of liberty and private charity in the Western world. Kevin Swanson walks quickly through the story of the rise and fall of western charity, with the rise of the Marxist state at the turn of the 20th century.

Are we taking sin too lightly? Do we take the sins of abortion too lightly? Do we take this sins of racism too lightly? Do we take our own sin too lightly? It’s all bad, but why? These are sins against God, violations of His holy law. How might we speak out against sin, but without favoring one sin over another?

Christians are getting hammered by the US Supreme Court and the lower courts in this country. The Republicans are opposing Christian businesses, ministries, and churches. But what are the conservative Christian leaders saying now? Take the Benedict Option, some say. What about this? Ease off on the birth control. Have a ton of kids, and disciple them as you sit in your house. . . But what are the child to adult ratios in the PCUSA, the PCA, the OPC, and other churches? What is the birth rate? Interesting study we have conducted for this segment of the Generations broadcast.

George Washington has come down. Columbus is down. Andrew Jackson is toppling in Washington. The statues are falling all over the country. There are three issues to consider. First, we are concerned for the intensity of the revolution, the total rejection of a heritage, and the destructive nature of it. Then, we have the question of statues, with the very strong rooting in the man-worshiping humanism of the ancient Greeks and Romans. But then, what do we teach our children? Will they honor the heritage of George Washington, Patrick Henry, Andrew Jackson, John Winthrop, Augustine, Athanasius, and the rest of Christian history? What kind of curriculum will you give your children now? Will they be taught to honor a heritage in the post-Christian age, or the post-America age?

How did music turn into something divisive, pivotal, and central in the worship of the modern church? Dan Lucarini is a former CCM Worship Leader, and he wrote a book called "Why I left the Modern Contemporary Christian Music Movement." Does Rock belong in the worship service? Does this form best convey reverence and fear of God in His worship? Or does this form focus on feelings, self, and personal experience? This comes from best-of-collection for the Generations broadcast.
