Every human being that has ever lived, is living or will ever live will leave a footprint as they pass through their earthly journey. This footprint will be as a result of their beliefs. Not all of us will be as noticeable or memorable as some. It is obvious that we are dragging the legacy of many in the world today. Such is the case of two young men who were born into Christian influence but drifted from away from God and joined forces to promote some very destructive ideas that have caused hundreds of millions of death in the 20th century alone.

Who owns the earth, God or man? If man is the owner, then we don't have to waste time in endeavoring to get to know God. We know that man has not come up with any good ideas or ideologies that have worked to offer solutions to the human race. On the other hand, God's truth has always worked so if we do not invest our best effort to get to know Him, how will we fare?

We hear a lot about wealth redistribution and helping the poor, liberation of the oppressed, class warfare, state control to implement equality and so forth. All of this with a special emphasis of Jesus’ command to care for the poor as if that was the primary purpose for his coming to earth. Was Jesus mainly concerned about the economically poor?

On his visit in the U.S., the Pope has made reference to the observance of God's moral Law as given to us through Moses. However, conservative Catholics are very worried of how this Pope is shifting and relaxing the moral tenets and doctrine that the Church has adhered to for centuries and that have guided true catholic's lives, such as defending marriage, the unborn and not allowing adulterers to take communion, just to name a few. His premise is that the church has been "obsessed" on these issues too long. Is he right? Should the teaching of God's moral law evolve with the times?

When you compare the condition of these cultures, there is no difference.

It is undeniable that throughout history popes have been and are a religious and political force to reckon with. Americans cannot simultaneously honor this Pope and celebrate their nation's premises.

When a nation undermines its own foundation that gave it its greatness, it is asking for trouble. This is what we are now witnessing in our beloved country. One of the most obvious culprits of this is the out-of-control Judicial Supremacy who says that the law is what the judges say it is. They are legislating from the bench and for the most part, attacking Christian values. All others get consideration for their beliefs and values but NOT Christians. It is Christian values that formed the culture of this nation, if they are destroyed, what is left?

It is refreshing to know that there are many pro-American organization that are being pro-active to fight for the soul of our nation. One such organization that has been in the trenches of the pro-family movement since 1972 is Eagle Forum, whose founder is Phyllis Schlafly. Eagle Forum is a national, nonpartisan, pro-family policy organization of men and women volunteers who educate and set conservative standards that can be applied to public policymaking and political participation. It is geared toward educating and mobilizing the grassroots in cultural participation, in other words, to answer the call of the cultural mandate that our generation has.

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.

About Nena Arias

Nena Arias

Is one of thirteen siblings; born, raised and educated in California. She was brought up in a Christian home, however her personal commitment to Christ happened at the age of seventeen which also included a simultaneous call to missionary work which she embraced with her whole heart. She answered this call and up until the present is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband, Ramon. Nena is an accomplished singer/minister and conference speaker. Her ministry for the last 40 years has taken her to several continents and nations such as, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Canada and all across the continental United States and Hawaii.
