The District Attorney is quoted as saying: "The nature of the assault in this case is practically unheard of in the history of criminology." On March 1, 2012, a young 12-year-old homeschooled boy killed his parents in Burlington, Colorado and seriously wounded his two younger siblings. Everybody asks, "Why?" Kevin Swanson asks the boy's uncle, Wally Long the same question. His answers may surprise you. How does a family recover from this? How does mercy overwhelm judgment? These are the questions that Christians ask in relation to these severe tragedies.
