Why 95% of Blacks Support Obama

September 1, 2008
A Black Genocide and the Disintegration of the Black Family
Of all of the tragedies of the last century, none has been more heart-breaking than that which happened to the African American population in this country.
In this interview, Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson pulls no punches in his passion to salvage fatherhood and families among the black population. The euphoric support of Barrack Obama for president of the United States among the black population witnesses the same spirit that stripped away moral fiber and family integrity of many in the last several generations. The policies of men like Obama kill more babies in three days, than the Ku Klux Klan killed in its entire sordid history.
Thank God, there are a courageous, mighty men of God like Rev. Peterson who are making a difference, reestablishing fatherhood and families, one family at a time - something a president could never do!

Higher Education Irrelevant Kevin Swanson interacts with a Wall Street Journal Op-Ed Piece from Charles Murray calling college a waste of time. Meanwhile, Dr. David Wiley, director of the Center for Open and Sustainable Learning at Utah State is afraid "Higher Education is in danger of becoming irrelevant." Kevin makes the point that unless parents and young people get creative and get out of the box, they will almost certainly wind up settling for some kind of sub-standard education. Then he tosses out a few ideas on some of the more productive things you might do with the $100,000 you've saved for your children's college education.

The Rising Tide of Atheism Atheism was behind the French Revolution, the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution, the Mao Legacy, Pol Pot, Adolf Hitler, and all 52 political mass murderers of the previous century. So should we be concerned with the rising tide of atheists in the west? What if one of them recommends killing people for holding to certain ideas? Kevin Swanson refers to Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins in this program, pointing out the huge interest these "new" atheists have attracted among the university elite. He interviews Rob Slane, the author of a new book, "The God Reality," summarizing the tactics, the sophomoric argumentation, and the potential threat these men manifest – and touching on the proper Christian response as we seek to "contend for the faith."

Commemorative Program The Democrats Come to Town What are all these Democrats doing in our town? The Generations Radio broadcast team provides what could very well be the worst coverage of the Democratic National Convention straight from Colorado. Despite all efforts from Tony Campolo, Rev. Jim Wallis, and Bob Casey, the DNC cannot shake it's great amoral reputation in its enthusiastic support for things like slavery, abortion, and infanticide. Kevin Swanson reviews the sordid history of the party from 1848 onwards – spicing in a few interesting quote from Nathan Bedford Forrest and Margaret Sanger.

The Future of Christian Education in America Two fathers who weren't even nominated for the Father-of-the-Year award, talk about the legal environment for home education after the smoke clears on to critical court decisions in California. These cases WILL DETERMINE THE FUTURE of Christian Home Education and Christian Schooling in America. The first case certifies the legality of home schooling in California, but the second decision disallows Christian high school curriculum for those attending secular universities. Could both decisions be the best for those who will really commit to giving their children a Christian education in the K-12 and post-high school years? Important analysis on these decisions on this segment of Generations.

When Fathers Engage Hypothetically speaking, let's suppose that you were a pastor. And, you came to a city and found a population of fathers disengaged, disinterested in their own children's spiritual condition. They weren't really disciple-ing their children. They weren't teaching their children's God's Word, not really loving their children much. There was little vision in these guys, outside of a little tele-vision for watching the games, and drinking beer. They were more interested in their cars than in who was dating their daughters. What would you do? You'd probably have to start up Sunday Schools, Youth Groups, Vacation Bible School, Children's Church, and Church Daycare Programs. We talk to a pastor who came to a city and found just the opposite - fathers who loved God, loved their children, and loved to disciple their children as they sat in their house, as they walked by the way. It was a paradigm shift, that turned into a whole different kind of ministry.

Interacting with the Savage Nation Michael Savage gets himself into a heap of trouble calling autism a fraud and a racket. Kevin Swanson interacts with the Savage imprecisions, further developing a causal framework and a holistic treatment in a biblical world and life perspective. Where did all of these new boy-pathologies come from? Do the social conditions of the last 120 years of modern living create new pathologies, neuroses, and psychoses? Here Kevin Swanson declares the modern world toxic for children in its social conditioning. If you create a social situation that God did not intend for human beings, over the generations you will see new pathologies hard wired into the genetic code. It's inevitable. So what's the solution to this massive increase in the incidence of autism? Listen and find out. Kevin recommends Cathy Steere's book, available at our resource center at 1-877-842-2432.

Renewing the Family in South Korea Despite the attempt to bring Christianity to distant lands, a western Christianity forgot to bring a world and life view with it, and in the process, post-modern thinking from the west destroyed the family everywhere (including countries like Japan and South Korea). But a handful of Christian leaders are determined to change all of that, by the Word and the Spirit. Homeschooling is spreading around the world, including South Korea. Homeschool grad himself, and foreign missionary, Brad Voeller testifies to what God is doing in South Korea with a burgeoning home discipleship movement taking that nation by storm. Learn how you can connect with international home school families on this issue of Generations.

Why so Hard Core? Although not all evangelicalism is soft and squishy at center, the faith is wobblier now than ever before. Occasionally, people wonder out loud (or via e-feedback to the Generations Production Team) why we come across as sort of "hard core," on concerns like faith, family, and freedom. The answer is given on this segment of Generations. Because we are a couple of dads, who are desperately trying to grab for some semblance of faith, family, and freedom, in a day where we are fast losing these values. And the pace is only picking up!
