The Horror of Islam

May 5, 2010
Interview: Dr. Peter Hammond Here is one of the most shocking programs we have ever produced! Dr. Peter Hammond joins us to discuss the rise of Islam, and inevitable violence that most certainly attends it. Will Islam be to the West, what the Visigoths and Barbarians were to Rome? Dr. Hammond says, “Yes, and even worse.” But while Islam overwhelms humanism, what will happen to the other worldview. . . Christianity?

How Man Destroys Himself Christians hold to a radically different view of psychology than the humanism taught in psychology textbooks. In this basic introduction to the worldview war in the area of psychology, Kevin Swanson contrasts humanist psychology with the Biblical view. Man is created after God's image in knowledge, righteousness, and holiness, with the capacity to rule over the creation. Kevin shows how fallen man seeks after knowledge, righteousness, and dominion – but always twists them to their own destruction.

The Bride Collector We get all excited when we find Christians who are out there making an impact on culture and politics and stuff. But what happens when their worldview is far more humanistic than Christian. . . when their metaphysical construct presents man as sovereign, and God as a little wimpy dude who just loves everybody? Kevin Swanson wades into the Christian horror genre, and analyzes one of the most popular Christian writers of the day. What happens when ill-equipped Christians wander into the war of the worldviews? It's a bloody mess!

New Study Indicates Spanking Makes Kids More Aggressive Scientific studies indicate . . . The pill kills kids and helps women live longer and more productive lives. Scientific studies indicate long term results of spanking will make kids more aggressive under all circumstances. Scientific studies, schmientific studies! Kevin Swanson points out the utter futility of scientific studies that purport to establish some kind of ethical approach or cause-and-effect relationship in the area of human behavior. This program will question your epistemological authority. Will you resort to the white-coated wizards that peep and mutter, or to the law and to the testimony?

Unit Studies and Various Un-boxy Ideas 95% of education is a waste of time, because it neglects to incorporate God's theory on education. For example, how do you integrate the particulars into the whole, and bring ideas into life? Institutionalized education has a really hard time doing these sorts of things, but Teri Spray from Christian Cottage Schools will show you how to get out of the box and improve that education for your children! Teri gives a terrific, pedestrian introduction to Unit Studies in this inspirational interview on Generations.

180 Proof Truth and 180 Proof Relationships With 80% of Christian children leaving the faith in the middle of the great collapse of the Christian faith in the west, some fathers are still interested in the generational continuity of family and faith. So a couple of fathers talk about what it's going to take to salvage the faith and root our children into a generational vision that will stand in good stead through the storms of life that are sure to come.

Children and Happiness A doctor in Sarasota, Florida loses his license for aborting the wrong twin, and 50% of American women give birth to unwanted children. Protestants have been a little wishy-washy on the birth control pill, and will that lead to their gradual extermination? That's what the data is shows, at present. While sociologists insist that studies indicate that families with children are far more unhappy than the DINK's (Double-Income, No-Kidders), Kevin Swanson reworks the definition of happiness, and suggests a world based on agape love, not eros.

Kowtowing to the High Priests of Science Reformed seminaries seem to have a penchant for kowtowing the gods of science. We're a little frustrated that science itself has been prostituted for the purpose of propping up a view of metaphysics that is godless and materialistic. But why do reformed professors feel the need to render their prostrations to the pseudo-scientists of evolution? In this segment of Generations, Kevin Swanson grapples with the resignation of Bruce Waltke from Reformed Theological Seminary, and the "overwhelming evidence" for evolution. Are we more likely to interpret rock layers by God's Word, or interpret God's Word by rock layers, or rather the historical guesswork of scientists concerning a few observations of stuff swimming around in rock layers? Questions like this belie an epistemological commitment.
