Kevin Swanson suggests that we teach our children how to live by Biblical principles. One of the principles found in the Proverbs is the principle of frugality. Here we interview Mary Ostyn, author of Family Feasts for $75 a Week. As a mother of ten, Mary offers some wonderful advice on cutting food costs and getting the children involved in the kitchen!
