The Cultural Danger of Redefining Love, Part 2

May 22, 2015
Out of 1,170 societies recorded in Murdock's Ethnographic Atlas marriage between one man and one woman is common in all. Marriage between people of the same sex, however, was never widely accepted in any culture prior to 2000. Why is America blatantly defying God and His creation and still expecting to win?

Do you have any idea what America is going to look like if the U.S. Supreme Court decides to unconstitutionally declare same sex marriage legal? Do you have any idea what is going to happen to the “Church” and all of the biblical ministries? Don’t say that nothing is going to happen—read history and believe it!

The humanist mentality and ideology is predominant in America today. The powers that be are humanistic in nature which basically believe that humans can make it without God "on their backs". The other ideology is the Christian faith which birthed this nation. What will be the outcome of this war that is waging in America between these two kingdoms? God is not done with America, unless America is done with God!

History tells us that the ideas that formed America worked, at least for some time. America now is a different story. Having started out with God in her foundation and the principles that could bless, has America now turned on God for good? What purposes does God have for each country? Every nation has its history and ideas do have consequences. What were those ideas that formed America and wouldn’t we like to implement them to reestablish our identity and make America strong again?

The church today too often justifies itself and accepts the cultural decline by stating that, “we are living in the last days”, thereby, accepting defeat and promoting an escapist mentality. Even though the church may want to present excuses or justifications on its demise and may want to reject her social failure, the biblical and historical revelation condemns her. If there is no change, God will have to comply with His judgment.

Biblical Christians arrived to these shores in 1620 in search of liberty that was denied them in England. They wanted liberty under God, not from God. We are now hearing the direct opposite cry for more liberation from God and it is coming from many directions, drowning out the weak cry in defense of God from too few Christians. What does it mean to be free from God? People think they are autonomous and reject God’s standards substituting them for men’s ways. If America is not under God then it is not free and only promotes debauchery. Will God's justice sleep forever?

It is undeniable that we here in America are in deep trouble as individuals, families, communities and the nation as a whole. An obvious question is, "what can we do to get out of this mess? What laws can we implement to set us back on the right course? When we reject God's order for all things, we are on our own. Clearly Christian America has exchanged liberty under God for liberation from God. The results are more then compelling.

Fear of God is required to avoid His judgment. How can a society have fear of God if it doesn't know Him? Fear of God in self-governance, in voting and in justice are three aspects to consider in understanding the fear of God especially if we want to avert it.
May 13, 2015
Whatever happened to the fear of God? Throughout the Bible we are told not to fear men, rather how the fear of God produces wisdom. The fear of God gives wisdom and understanding for all of life. To not understand the fear of God is truly detrimental to humanity.

What is the most pressing message for America? We are over 300 million living in this country.  It is imperative that we understand the judgments of God.  This is a reality that we must not run away from. It is a historical fact that spiritual decline ends in national decline when not confronted.  Just like the law of gravity, what goes up must come down, so is the judgment of God when there is persistence in breaking His laws.
May 11, 2015
God’s judgment is not His first choice of action. His first course of action is for people to repent. He is long-suffering and patient and allows ample time for them to react and acknowledge their evil ways. We have to understand God’s thoughts and ways of thinking and why He does what He does. We cannot expect Him to think and act from our perspective.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
