Elton John's Christian Worldview, Part 3

July 9, 2014
Elton John picks and chooses what moral laws men consider old and stupid. His reference has to do with his homosexual lifestyle that has been censured for thousands of years. Same-sex attraction is an old behavior practiced in the great empires and civilizations of the world, the same ones that collapsed. According to studies it is affirmed that homosexual behavior is a contributing factor to the ruin of nations and civilizations. Male and female genders are for reproduction, if left to themselves, how long would a homosexual civilization last?

Elton John’s “Christian” Worldview deserves to be analyzed because millions of Christians are confused and cave in to activists who appeal to the emotions to promote the homosexual lifestyle. The cultural debate about the homosexual lifestyle or preference is causing some mainline Protestant denominations to go against God’s Word on the subject by embracing the homosexual agenda.

Recent comments by Elton John have many Christians and non-Christians talking about it and rightfully so. He is an influential person with his songs and world activism.  Some Christians and conservatives' admiration for Elton John is not insignificant. Yet, how would you take the following declaration by Elton John, "I think Jesus was a compassionate, super-intelligent gay man who understood human problems."

What did God have in mind in the creation of the United States of America? John Adams said "The general principles on which the Fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity." What is the future of America if there is no repentance and reformation? Proverbs 14:34 "Righteousness exalts a nation,
but sin is a reproach to any people."

Economic prosperity is not what made America great. The more we hear about the economy and jobs the more we should know who or what it is that people worship. It is pathetic that the highest percentage of evangelical Christians believe the economic issues are more important than moral issues, and that is how they vote.

Anyone who accepts the Bible as the word of God knows the importance of the history we read in its pages. The way God presents His Story does cause debate to the inquisitive mind that wants to know the truth about the origin of the universe, planet Earth, and the human race. For these reasons God revealed the importance for people to understand history as revealed in His word.

It is a fact that the original intent of The Declaration of Independence was a political document declaring the colonies' separation from the British Empire and proclaiming to the world their freedom and sovereignty. The goal was to create a free United States and to be part of the international community of nations. England was a Protestant/Christian commonwealth; they knew the colonists were Christians from different denominations, the issue was not the right to be Christians but the right be a free independent people from England.

Christians are commissioned to disciple the nations, not just to be limited to going to church, and with that expect God to smile upon their endeavors and bless them. That is not how God’s will works on earth as it is in heaven. The overwhelming majority of Americans,  including Christians, are uninformed and they have  swallowed the big lie that the nation was founded upon principles of deism because the Founding Fathers were deists.  Non-revisionist American history tells us the truth about the design of America.

Nice words have been deliberately misinterpreting the Bible, the Christian history of America and her founding documents. Enemies do not play fair; they never have and never will. They always go for total victory and rage war on all fronts of culture to become entrenched and unmovable, or so they think. However, just by us wishing them to go away will never defeat them; we must engage them with superior knowledge and firm determination. This is precisely the reason God provided us with the born-again experience in Christ by His Spirit, so we would never be losers.

Whoever follows Jesus, let him take up his cross daily, this is a symbol of self-denial. Peter, who denied he was a follower of Christ was later empowered by the Holy Spirit and was able to convey the importance of Jesus' requirement of self-denial. What a dramatic change! With God we are all winners!

I do not know what your broad understanding of what a loser is. A person may look like a winner in every sense of the word and not know he or she is a loser. On the other hand, a person may look like a loser and yet he or she is far from being one. Jesus said a loser is one who involves in something that is bound to fail. (Luke 9:23-26)

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
