Why are preachers and Bible teachers saying that politics and religion don't mix and that Christians should not get involved. This retreat has caused politicians to pervert our civil government? Corruption has infiltrated our civil institutions but whose fault is that? There are no vacuums in leadership so when good, honest and godly people retreat from public servant offices, guess who steps in? Human error does have consequences and God should not be blamed because of negative sanctions. God is clear in his instructions and expects them to be fully obeyed. So, as you can see, there is no such thing as politics and religion not mixing. This are inevitable; it's only a question of whose belief system will be implemented.
