Thomas Jefferson said: “The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government.” God's Word says in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward."

It has been proven that The Supreme Court can interpret whatever they want without being challenged by the other two branches of government that constantly forfeit their duty to check and balance each other. Nine unelected officials have brought so much pain and destruction to the nation by imposing their life’s views on the rest of us. Thomas Jefferson said: "...The Constitution,... is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.”

We can expect to achieve great things as we self-discipline our new life in Christ. Can you imagine what world we could have if every born again believer in Christ understands this unchanged truth? You cannot wait for others to train you in developing God’s Character it is a task you must do. It has to be your choice to reach this goal in this life to your higher calling in Christ. Obedience is the fuel of self-discipline.

Is tolerance a one or two way street? Let us beware of those who proclaim to uphold and love diversity; they have proven that their sentiment of tolerance only applies to the views they approve. Is there persecution of Christians in the U.S.? Yes, there is!

In the city of Atlanta, Georgia, the hometown of the renowned civil rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Democrat mayor fired Kelvin Cochran the Fire Chief. His crime was that Cochran wrote a Christian, self-help book in 2013, titled, “Who Told You That You Were Naked?” to provide guidance to a men’s Bible study group embarking on a study titled, “A Quest for Authentic Manhood.” The irony of life is that America is the only nation founded on biblical principals. The forefathers brought biblical principles to this land; no other religion or ideology was on their mind. They knew the truth revealed in the Scriptures was the only way to develop a well-structured society. Has America gone the full circle?

Certainly worldviews are at war. A worldview is the basis from which we view reality and make sense of life and the world. A nationwide survey by the Barna Research Group determined that only 4 percent of Americans had a "biblical" worldview. When George Barna, who has researched cultural trends and the Christian Church since 1984, looked at the "born-again" believers in America, the results were a grim 9 percent. Is it any wonder why our world is in such turmoil. We are like a ship without a rudder.

Due to the horrific deadly assault on the headquarters of a French satirical magazine where 17 people died, there was a freedom march in Paris, France, the largest gathering in France’s history for freedom of expression. More than 40 world leaders attended to show unity against terrorism. What a paradox! Some of the leaders present at the march have a poor record in terms of freedom of speech and the press in their own countries. What hypocrisy, and what do they hope to accomplish?

The reason the United States of America became such a different nation in the history of the world was the arrival of the children of the Reformation that came to this land with a vision of carrying on with what they were not allowed to do in Europe. That is, until in the mid 19th century another wave of Europeans with the opposite worldview, which was destroying the old continent, came to implement those failing philosophies here in America.  And here we are...

People seek after wealth above all things. The problem for them is their worldview. Doing things Gods’ way is the proper way, including creating and increasing wealth. In John Wesley's Sermon 50 (1743), titled "The Uses of Money." He said: "Gain all you can. Save all you can. Give all you can." This still holds true today. The Bible has the perfect solution to economics.

Rich people need to understand that wealth has a purpose beyond personal goals and only acquiring and accumulating “things.” Wealth should not alter priorities, determine or alter the identity or values. Wealth can draw people into believing that the more money they have the better off they are. Jesus’ warning should not be ignored. Beware of the false perception of wealth; it can damn your soul for all eternity.

As long as there are people here on earth, wealth will always be created. However, like in all areas of life, there are requirements to enter into heaven. So, in the passage we are analyzing with the rich young ruler, Jesus was not introducing new revelation to human behavior and wealth. The rich young man and the disciples should have known the Law, the prophets, the Psalms and Solomon’s proverbs where much is said about how we are to deal with riches to be in good favor with God. Riches never mean that God approves the lifestyle of the rich.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
