Naturally when the Lord gives to us, we're happy. We thank Him and praise Him. But do we thank Him and praise Him when he takes away? Are we more inclined to say, "why Lord?", rather than "blessed be Your name"? Pastor Steve helps us put these gifts from God in perspective, and why, at times, the Lord may ask for them back. It's good encouragement taken from Abraham's ultimate act of obedience to God – the giving back of his own son, Isaac.
