References: Deuteronomy 1

Today Speaker Vern Jewett returns to our study on Deuteronomy to make a very important point – God never intended for us to face life alone.  He is always depicted in Scripture as our Heavenly Father and we are His children and part of the family of God.  In today’s Scripture we see that even for God’s chosen leader, Moses, the job of leading the Nation of Israel had gotten to be too big.  He had to ask for help.  Join us and see that, if Moses had to ask God for help and rely on the assistance of others, can we afford to do anything less?
