The lukewarm church. In last of the letters to the seven churches, Jesus warns the church against the deceipt of outer appearance in ministry. Jesus tells the church that he despises those who aren't hot or cold in their spiritual lives, cause when people is lukewarm, they may not realize their poor situation.
