This study is about the man needing healing at the pool in Bethesda.  The mistakes that he made were to not recognize Jesus, to judge the present by the past, and to focus on the bad rather than the good.  Jesus is standing by our side, is not limited to the past, and God always starts with what we have before he gives us what we need.
