The Pharisees questioned Jesus after He had performed the miracle of healing the blind man on the sabbath. Their questioning shows how far prejudice will motivate wicked men, but the blind man's testimony was something that could not be taken away. If Jesus has really wrought a work of grace in our heart by the Spirit we feel within us something that cannot be overthrown.
