Do You Understand God's Judgments? Part 7

February 29, 2012
Do we fear God or man? If we believe God is the sovereign Ruler we should not think that politicians are above God's law.  There are three Buddhists  and 2 Muslims in Congress, the rest all claim to belong to some branch of Christianity, so, what is wrong with that picture?  If Christians are majority, why aren't they making a greater impact for good? Why are we losing the country to the ungodly?

Millions of people look to America for many things.  However, is it still the Land it was designed to be? The founders would clearly not recognize the America they founded with the America we have today, even in the church.  There are two important and vital elements the founders understood, they are the fear of God and self-government according to God's law. These are two aspects missing in the America of today.

God’s giving of His law was with the purpose to shelter us from the devastating consequences of sin. Sin in the lives of people causes them to do the unimaginable against other human beings. One example, Americans are willing to send their armed forces to fight for the freedom of other nations but will not fight against genocide at home. Here are some synonyms for genocide: killing, slaughter, massacre, extermination, annihilation, etc. of whom, you say? Human beings in the mother’s womb! Everyone who does nothing to stop this horrible murdering of children is just as guilty as the ones who commit it. Will God turn a blind eye to all this evil?

What can spare America from God’s imminent judgment? The Fear of God! Why is that the only solution? Why does that reaction from men make the difference? When we fear God we become braver and fear not what men can do to us. The fear of God will free us from God’s judgment” That alone is worth it all!

Have you asked yourself, why is violent crime and crime in general increasing in our nation and especially in our nation's capitol? Is this a reflection of the true state of the union? If Washington is "excelling" in picking people's pocketbooks, disrespecting life and so out of control why shouldn't people follow their example? Who would of ever guessed in a million years that military chaplains in the U.S. would be prosecuted for preaching against sin? If we continue to rebel and mock God, why should He continue to bless and protect us?  Valid questions, don't you think?

Do you know we will all be held accountable for every single thought, word, and deed?  Do you think God's judgments are misunderstood? Does sinful nature want God's judgment?  Of course not!  Man judges God as unfair when judgments are applied to men, society and nations.  God's first choice is not judgment; His choice is for people to repent. Throughout history we can see how God’s judgment may take time to take effect. He accumulates evidence and then if no repentance takes place His hand must execute His judicial negative sanctions.

Do we have to be afraid of God's judgments?  How does God judge? Who owns the world? God does!  If he owns the world then does he have a right to judge it and us?

Words are cheap and easy to come by but actions are what really count. In his speech to the National Prayer Breakfast crowd, Obama and his speechwriter truly outdid themselves and think they fooled everyone into thinking that Obama is honoring the values that gave America it's greatness.  But it is only the biblically illiterate and the cowards that believed his phony claims and contorted Bible verses to push through his ungodly political agenda. God will never condone taking away people's private property arbitrarily. The bottom line of Obama's speech was to tell the church to submit to the federal government without questioning anything. Did those in attendance and the nation get it?

Obama carefully words his speeches to sell to the American people what he wants to accomplish.  For instance, what does he mean when he says "I want to give every American an good opportunity to prosper."  He is basically saying it is government that gives the opportunities. When words are taken out of context it distorts the perspective and he certainly did that with the quotes of the Bible in his National Prayer Breakfast speech.

I someone were to ask you what type of government do we have in America, what would your answer be? More and more, the government of the United States of America is looking like a dictatorship. It has been a long time in the making to arrive at this point of slavery that we find ourselves in.  Government is clearly usurping God's place in the lives of its citizens and God will have to say, enough!  God is the only one that can place requirements on us.

Progressives have a very effective platform and that is to always promise to provide for all of the people's needs, however, never using their own money; always the money of others.  Their "benevolence" is fueled by stealing from some to give to others.  With them it's never about the issues; they say what people want to hear to arrive at power which is their main goal.  Interestingly enough, they even use God if it will help promote their political agenda. Any other time they declare war on Him. Wake up, America!

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
