Righteousness isn’t always profitable, is it? In fact, not only does it not pay off at times, but sometimes you actually end up paying for it! Take Joseph for example: today we hear him say “no” to temptation over and over again, day after day, yet he still finds himself locked in a prison cell! So is saying “no” really worth it? Stephen gives us an emphatic “yes!”
