The Lord made the human body with the ability to do many things.  However, one thing we can't do very well is to pat ourselves on the back.  But that doesn't stop us from trying, now does it.  As King Nebuchadnezzar looked over the great Babylon he had built, he thought it would be a good time to declare his own awesomeness.  But before he could get all the words out, the Lord ripped Nebuchadnezzar's royal authority from him.  In our continuing studies in the book of Daniel, we find clear insight into the opposition the Lord has with the sin of pride.
