Help Me to Start Telling - My Sharing
Friday, May 25, 2012
As Christians, we are called to share our faith.  However, communication doesn't always involve talking.  That's why it's important that we live out our faith.  In fact, if our walk doesn't match our talk, then we could actually be doing more harm than good.  Today, as Pastor Steve continues to teach us how to reach out to others during difficult times, he shares five ways to be more effective in our witness for God.  Take a listen.

Overcoming

Free MP3 disc Obstacles to Overcome when you purchase Pastor Steve’s new book Overcoming!

Bad things can (and do) happen to good people. Sometimes difficult circumstances are the natural result of our own choices, but other times they stem from someone else’s bad behavior. Either way, God is calling Christians to move beyond adversity and live a victorious life that brings glory to His name.

Can we overcome our debilitating emotions? Can we rise above our overwhelming circumstances? Steve Mays gives us insights as to how we can and must, with the power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Steve Mays helps readers deal with discouragement, fear, depression, hostility and worry and invites them to build character by overcoming distraction, selfishness and weakness. Finally, he shows readers how to grow by teaching them how to deal with criticism, jealousy, irresponsibility and suffering.
