Dr. Kroll moves to Ephesians 6 where the practical application of Paul's teaching continues. This time it's focused on the responsibilities of parents and children, and employers and employees. The main task is to do the right thing. For children it means to obey your parents, to pay attention, to submit to their authority, and to honor God by respecting and loving those He's put in your life for your good. For parents, especially fathers, it means using discipline to help a child learn, not to make them angry or exasperated; to treat them with respect as human beings; to guide, correct, instruct, nourish and cherish them. For employees, it means taking your work seriously as something done for God, to be faithful to our employers by doing good work. And for employers, it means taking care of your workers, showing them respect, being concerned for their needs, and honoring God in your attitudes and actions.
