The Open Door To His Glory!
The First Church was a Church established on relationship. People would gather for open ended, deep worship flowing with the Holy Spirit, have relatable Scriptural study and discussion in which they all participated, and create strong bonds of fellowship.Today's idea of Church is a routine service of a few songs, announcements, a plea for money, and a forty-five minute sermon.
Motivated by a deep hunger for more of God, millions of Christians are leaving the traditional church to look for more freedom and fulfillment. Return of the First Church offers scriptural and balanced answers tempered by real life experiences on how to move from a traditional, routine church structure into meetings that allow God to set the agenda and needs are met.
I was a Christian who felt disconnected from church though I'd been actively involved nearly all my life. I was looking for answers to my desire and hunger for God to move freely, and came to realize I wasn't alone. From all walks of life and across the church spectrum people are searching for something deeper, but they don't quite know what. This is the story of how I found God moving outside the church structure that I had known, loved, and been a part of my whole Christian life. - John Fenn
The Body of Messiah is complete only when Jews and Christians converge. Christianity today is very different from the original. To experience the original -- the miracles, healings, power, and intimacy with God -- we have to examine our Jewish roots. For nearly 2,000 years, there has been a separation between Judaism and Christianity resulting in a lack of miracle power and intimacy with God.
The Incomplete Church explores what was stolen by the deceiver in both religions and reveals what will happen when the truth in both converges.
What is at stake in this convergence of Jew and Gentile? The salvation of the world. Jesus summarized God's winning strategy in that, "they [Jew and Gentile] all may be one... that the world may believe..." (John 17:21)
