Bankruptcy or Debt Consolidation
Howard and Steve discuss when it is appropriate to consolidate debt or even file bankruptcy. Then they turn to the phone lines (800-525-7000) for more questions from listeners:
- "I've been doing my parents' takes for many years, but my father passed away last year. Should I get professional help for 2013 taxes?"
- "I recently lost my job. I had a 403B with my former employer. What should I do with it?"
- "Can the tithe be given to the needy or should it go to our local church?"
- "Does it ever make sense to borrow money for an investment?"
- "Is evicting a Christian tenant who isn't paying their rent the same as suing a Christian (which I know the Bible discourages)?"
- "I know you say to pay off debts smallest to largest, but my auto loan is only 2%, so should I save it for last?"
