The federal government has expanded its control over public schools by 200% since 2000. As homeschoolers, should we train our children to return to the public schools and support the public schools? Shall we homeschool our children so they will teach in the public schools? Or do we advocate a form of education that disciples children in the fear of God? Kevin Swanson reviews the form of education formulated by John Dewey at the turn of the 20th century, and offers several reasons why homeschoolers often support public school education.

Yesterday, the homosexual "gay mafia" felt a national backlash to their radical agenda in the form of lines outside of Chik-Fil-A's fast food restaurants all over the country. The Generations broadcast took the side of Chik-Fil-A on this one, and this program was mentioned in a number of national news sources. The team has received a fair amount of. . . "feedback" shall we say? Not surprisingly, the argumentation seemed to be centered around a certain word beginning with the letter "F." But there are several thoughtful and important questions people ask that we want to address on this edition of the program.

International law is beating at the gates of American sovereignty. Last week the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved the UN Convention on Persons with Disabilities by a vote of 13-6. Republicans are going for it. Democrats are going for it. But Mike Farris and HSLDA continue a valiant fight against the encroachment of international law on American shores. To which we suggested that Chik-Fil-A consider serving Fried Froggy Sandwich or even a Miss Piggy on a Bun. The NCAA signals an end to the Greek Gymnasium vision for the university, when they socked it to Penn State. Good news on this edition of Generations!
