The Best Picture award in the 2016 Academy Awards goes to the film Spotlight, a drama that exposes the pedophilia scandal in the Roman Catholic Church. But what about the other film just produced that exposes the pedophilia scandals in Hollywood? Distributors won’t touch the film. However, there is some divine justice as big media brings big corrupt churches down. We also attempt to answer the question posed by The Spectator: “Why does drama always end up sneering at religion?”
