Church attendance in England has dropped from 12% in 1980 to 5% in 2012, while the average age of the church attender has risen from 38 to 58 over the same period. Meanwhile, 95% of the Anglican church has taken a strong position against the biblical faith. The apostasy has pretty much blossomed into full maturity, and it appears the same thing is happening now in America. With the decline of the character of the nation, it shouldn't be a surprise to find the abuse of power among civil leaders. Kevin Swanson defines "petty tyranny" by the principles of God's Word. If Christians were involved as police officers or sheriff's deputies, how would their worldview affect their work? These are critically important questions, especially when their is failure of character and a growth of tyrannical government in Washington and elsewhere.

The cities are turning a bluer hue in America. Back in 1998, 7 out of 15 of the largest cities were led by Republican Governors. As of the Nov. 2013 elections, only 1 out of 15 is led by a Republican governor (Indianapolis). New York City gets its first communist mayor, self-described. Kevin Swanson reviews the legacy of communism in other countries, just so we can prepare ourselves for a similar fate. Homosexual leaders are now pushing for forced abortions in order to limit population, as if their efforts to create a sterile society is not enough.
