Yet there may be a faint glimmer of hope in a new political stratagem inspired by one, Paul Dorr from Iowa. He's going for the belly of the socialist beast, and he's making some appreciable progress at it. For six years now, he's taken the lead opposing School Bond Elections all over the country, and he's winning.
