It is undeniable that America has been a leader nation to the world in many ways.  But it is also undeniable that America is definitely on a moral meltdown.  What will this mean for the world.  America has turned her back on God's moral absolutes; the result is a downward spiral into depravity.  The days are numbered of a great  nation that turns its back on the moral values that gave it its greatness.  America will not be the exception unless it turns back to God.

What comes to your mind when you hear the words corruption, crime and immorality?  What is your understanding of these words?  Are these signs of a highly intellectual society?  Corruption in a society is like death to a human body; it begins to decompose and contaminates its surroundings.  Where is the voice of the nation on these matters to fight against corruption?  Past civilizations have fallen because of it.  America will not be the exception.

A major indicator of a civilization headed for a fall is that he productive population decreases in number due to birth control, abortion, wars, suicide and the like. Many nations in the world, including the United States, are in this predicament.  If you couple that with the fast downward trend in our birth rate, you will clearly see that we are civilization in trouble.  This is creating long-term consequences that in time we will not be able to remedy unless we heed God's guidelines for right living.

How can one of the wisest and most prosperous men in human history like King Salomon was end up in such a sad state like he did?  It was because Salomon violated God's moral law and he ended his life in disgrace.  Is there a parallel here with the present state of the United States of America?  Having reached such heights as a nation, are we now headed for a fall?

The widespread use of drugs is a symptom of a civilization headed for a fall. However, drug use and abuse is as old as mankind itself. Human beings have always had a desire to eat or drink substances that make them feel relaxed, stimulated, or euphoric.  As far back as 6000 B.C. narcotics were already being farmed and used.  The problem are not the drugs or even the providers; the problem is the reason why people consume them. This is what is most important.

In nature everything reproduces after its own kind.  Humans also reproduce after their own kind.  When human behavior is corrupt it will produce more corruption after its own kind.  The wise Solomon said, "There is nothing new under the sun..." All the chaos we are experiencing has happened before in the course of human events.  But with God we can break the evil chain and find salvation not only for individuals but for our nation.

Technology and many systems have created a globalization among nations.  This has caused world cities to arise.  World cities are those that are impacting the world through economic systems, politically, culturally and through their infrastructure.  These are influencing the world and global affairs in a direct and tangible way.  This phenomena has occurred in civilizations that have all ended in ruin because the control is concentrated in few hands.  To survive the world need true freedom.

Given all the chaos, it is obvious that we, in this 21st Century, need to understand a better way to live. George Washington had some good advise for us when he wrote in a letter to Edmund Randolph in 1795: "There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily." What truth was he referring to?  If you have studied George Washington to any degree, you will know to what truth he was referring to.  “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (Jesus) John 8:32.

Why do people become disinterested and disillusioned with the political process which contributes to their country's demise?  Do people come out unscathed simply by refusing to get involved in civic matters?  Is the lack of interest to make a difference justified before God and their fellowmen? If we all opt out, who will make the decisions for the common good? Apathy is always detrimental.

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.

Nena Arias

Is one of thirteen siblings; born, raised and educated in California. She was brought up in a Christian home, however her personal commitment to Christ happened at the age of seventeen which also included a simultaneous call to missionary work which she embraced with her whole heart. She answered this call and up until the present is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband, Ramon. Nena is an accomplished singer/minister and conference speaker. Her ministry for the last 40 years has taken her to several continents and nations such as, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Canada and all across the continental United States and Hawaii.
