The dedication of the Lord’s Temple, built by Solomon, involved a significant time of prayer from Solomon. We'll see how Solomon prepared to pray, and then the hallmarks of this prayer for blessing. It begins with adoration of God, acknowledging His faithfulness to His promises; a request for forgiveness, a commitment to follow and obey God, and it closes with worship again. It also teaches us how to treat the house of God.

About Woodrow Kroll and Tami Weissert

Tami Weissert is the co-host on Back to the Bible. She is also Executive Vice President for the ministry. Through interactive conversations and question and answer sessions with Woodrow Kroll, Tami helps to give listeners ideas of how to apply the biblical insights and principles taught each day on the program.

Prior to joining Back to the Bible in 2000, Tami practiced law with firms in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. Tami and her husband, Jeff, live just outside of Lincoln.
