In this study, we read about Jesus' healing of a nobleman's son by declaring him healed without physically being present.  Trouble and sickness are part of everyone's lives and for Christians, they are used by God to benefit our souls.  In trouble, Christ's Word is as good as his presence, as we see in the way that Jesus healed the nobleman's son.
