Naturally when the Lord gives to us, we're happy.  And when we're happy, it's easy to praise Him.  But do we praise Him when he takes away?  Truthfully, we're more inclined to say, "why Lord", rather than "blessed be Your name".  Pastor Steve says our tendency to worship those gifts, rather than the giver, is one reason why the Lord may test us by taking something away.  Our response to God is important, as seen in Abraham’s ultimate act of obedience – the offering of his own son, Isaac.  Take a listen.
