References: Ephesians 4
Woodrow Kroll returns to Ephesians at chapter 4, where it shifts from Christian doctrine to Christian practice. Since we are God's people, woven into Christ and being built into the Body, the Church, how are we to live? We start by walking worthy of our calling, where our actions match what we believe. There are four characteristics to that worthy walk: to be lowly or humble in our view of ourselves; gentle in accepting God's dealing with us; longsuffering in how we deal with others; and forbearing which gives to others the grace God gave to us. We also need to maintain the unity the Spirit brings to us.
