From a Cluttered Mind
For many people the New Year is a great time to Detoxify from all the overeating during the Holidays. Perhaps January might be a great time to Spiritually “Detox” as well.
This month on TCH we have been hearing from Gene Appel and Mike Breaux. Gene and Mike minister with East Side Christian Church with Multiple Campuses in Southern California, Nevada, and Minnesota.
The foundational definition for our journey this month is we are a Soul that happens to have a body. There are a great many things that can be toxic to our Soul. Things that clog us up, weigh us down, cloud our spiritual vision. Things like say, a hurried over packed life, a tortured Soul, a heavy heart, even a cluttered mind. All this month we’re looking at how we can detoxify our souls and impower our relationship with God.
Have you ever noticed how we can grow callused to the clutter around us to where we don’t even notice, yet it still inhibits how well we can work and act. In today’s message Mike Breaux shares how we can get out of old, destructive ruts and clear the clutter.
