Canadian Jordan Peterson is a psychology professor, author of the wildly popular book, The 12 Rules for Life, and speaks to large audiences all over the world. Ben Shapiro is also a well-known author and speaker and has been called “the voice of the conservative Millennial movement.”Both men are known for strongly pushing back against the Cultural Marxist worldview that dominates higher education, media, culture, and the political Left and which seeks to overthrow those they perceive as oppressors (Christians, males, whites), creating “social justice” for the oppressed (women, homosexuals, minority ethnicities and religions, homosexuals).With Marxism being a God-rejecting, humanistic worldview, many Christians find common cause with Peterson and Shapiro, who are standing up to the Left at a deeper philosophical and moral level than the typical Left v. Right battles of conservative political commentators such as Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.But is there something Christians should be wary of in being influenced by the worldview of Peterson and Shapiro, who mix human wisdom with some truths borrowed from Scripture, yet without The Truth of Christ?

We hate to interrupt your Christmas season with discussion of politics, but the President of the United States is about to be impeached. Only two presidents in our history have been impeached (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton).  Richard Nixon resigned before impeachment. While it’s unlikely the Republican-majority Senate will follow the Democrat-majority House in impeaching President Trump—and thus removing him from office—it’s worth trying to understand what is taking place. Why is President Trump being impeached?  What do Russian election meddling, FBI surveillance of President Trump, FISA court rulings, Ukraine phone calls, Joe Biden and his son Hunter, the “Deep State”, and partisan politics have to do with all this?  Is it possible to untangle and understand this and conclude what it all means? Robert Knight, columnist for the Washington Times, joins us this weekend to clarify the impeachment of President Trump.

This is a rebroadcast of our December 22, 2018 program: The most significant event in history was the coming of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, into our world. From being born of a virgin woman, to living a sinless life, to performing miraculous acts, to offering His life on a cross to pay the penalty for mankind’s sin, to rising from the dead, to ascending into heaven—all in front of a watching world—is beyond extraordinary.  The only reasonable conclusion is that Jesus is who He claimed to be—God. Christmas should be the remembering and celebrating of Christ’s birth.  Yes, Christmas has pagan and Roman Catholic roots, and yes, the early church didn’t commemorate it, but setting aside a day to honor Christ’s coming into the world is a good thing...
