Uniformity, Bureaucracy and Structured System vs. Creativity

Any shepherd knows that a sheep needs to be shaved when she has too much hair. According to Farmhouse.com, unsheared sheep encounter health issues; lack of blood circulation, possible matting and tangling, and infection from bugs inside the wool. In addition, unsheared mother sheep can not provide milk to lamb properly. (www.farmhouse.com) Sometimes she can die from unshaved wool.
In some sense, bureaucracy is like a sheep's overgrown hair that needs to be shaved. As young as America, the beauty of this country is our hair is still short compared to countries with a long history.
