Dr. John Whitmore
Dr. John Whitmore, who teaches geology and paleontology at Cedarville University, shares with Gerry how he became perhaps the world’s leading authority on fossilized fish. John explains how his exploration and studies of the fossil deposits found in the Green River Basin of southwest Wyoming led him to be able to get his doctorate. Gerry and John discuss the annual fossil hunt they do each August in Ohio, which is only an hour away from the Creation Museum. Dean Hulce was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where he spent every weekend in the woods or on the water with family and friends. After graduation he married his highschool sweetheart Linda. They have two boys and 5 grandchildren.

He has guided hunters and fisherman as well as run hunting fishing camps from South Texas to Alaska and many states and provinces in between.
