Your Adult Kids and Finances

September 24, 2019

At what point do you cut your children off financially? HomeWord president and best-selling author Jim Burns cautions parents not to enable their adult children by continually giving them money or bailing them out, especially if it's money parents will need for their own retirement someday. A financial gift occasionally is okay, but it's important to teach your kids to handle money in a healthy way. Burns also answers challenging questions about adult kids visiting with their significant other.
