Moms Amber Lia and Wendy Speake realized their anger was triggered by what their kids were doing, or sometimes even just by life. Speake struggles with anxiety, and often responded emotionally to her kids. She realized if she stayed on top of what she was feeling, she could avoid taking things personally. Now when her kids jump out of bed at nap time, or drift from the table at meal time, she can stop to consider what she's really feeling and reign in her response. Together they talk about the triggers of fatigue, frustration, and sibling rivalry.

Once frustrated moms, Amber Lia and Wendy Speake talk honestly about triggers that used to set them on edge. For Speake, it was a messy house. She realized that what she really needed, rather than a spotless home, was self-control. Together Lia and Speake share that triggers--whether messiness or a child's immaturity--are really opportunities, and moms must remind themselves that they don't have to get angry. They can abide with Christ and gain His peace no matter the circumstances.

Moms Amber Lia and Wendy Speake can relate to the mothers worldwide who get frustrated with their kids. Lia and Speake talk about some of the 31 triggers that can provoke a mom to lose her cool. Lia, a mom to three boys, recalls the day when, alone with the kids, she emotionally snapped, only to be interrupted by a knock at the door. Fearing the neighbor had heard her tirade, she asked the Lord to change her from the inside out. Lia and Speake tell what you can do to become a kinder, gentler mom.

Pastor Ben Stuart remembers the first time he saw his wife, Donna, and walks us through the circumstances that lead to their courtship and eventual engagement. Stuart talks about the importance of clarity in a relationship and tells how he made his intentions clear as his relationship progressed.

Ben Stuart remembers the season he took a "time out" from the dating scene to focus on the Lord and recover emotionally after his parents' divorce. He reminds single men and women that singleness exists for devotion to the Lord, and encourages them not to settle for someone outside the body of Christ, but to lean into Jesus as they walk in faith and wait on Him to lead them.

Would you like your son or daughter to have the same dating experience as you? Ben Stuart, pastor of Passion City Church in Washington, D.C., talks about the dating culture and practices on today's college campuses. As former Executive Director for Breakaway Ministries at Texas A&M, Stuart remembers his own initiation into the campus traditions, as well as his dating missteps. Describing his dating life like "a dumpster fire," Stuart tells how he found a faith community where he belonged and, eventually, found love.

College pastor Shelby Abbott talks about dating and why the important parts should not happen digitally, including asking for a date. Abbott encourages parents to teach their daughters early on how a boy should treat them by talking to them about dating expectations and even taking them on daddy/daughter dates. As they grow to understand Jesus' love for them, they'll have that example to refer to when they decide who they will date.

Author and campus minister Shelby Abbott reminds us that Scripture calls us to something greater and healthier in our relationships with the opposite sex. It calls us to love through self-sacrifice, communication, service, and patience. How does this apply in the dating phase? Shelby, now married, shares his own dating history and talks about how technology has changed the dating game.

Author and Bible teacher Chip Ingram coaches husbands on how to live out Ephesians 5 in their marriages. Husbands, he explains, need to own the responsibility to care and nurture their wives, ultimately helping their wives become all they were made to be. Wives, on the other hand, need to be sensitive to their husbands, especially their fear of failure, and need to be available to step in where help is needed.
