Jaquelle Crow, a contributor on DesiringGod.org as well as the Gospel Coalition, talks about the relationship teens need to have with their parents, friends, and the opposite gender. Each person's first relationship is with their parents, and she learned to honor her mom and dad at an early age. Crow reminds teens that their parents are doing the best they can, and that they are only human--with insecurities, fears, and doubts, just like them.

Most of us think we communicate effectively using our devices. Pastor and author Dr. Emerson Eggerichs reminds us that the best communication still occurs face to face, utilizing vocal tone, body language, and complete sentences. The danger of electronic communication is the digital footprint we leave. That means that whatever we put "out there" is never going away. Let's remember the audience of One who is always watching and listening.

Have you ever hit send, and then regretted it later? Communications expert Dr. Emerson Eggerichs encourages listeners to ask themselves four questions before saying and sending anything to another person: Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? Is it clear? If you can answer any one of these with a "no," then reconsider sending the message. Speak the truth in love with care.

Hsu shares how his new wife's presence ministered to him in his time of crisis, and what others did that encouraged him or discouraged him while he grieved his father. Hsu reminds us that God is with us in our suffering.
