It can be hard to navigate certain relationships. However, it's important to remember that regardless of what someone else has said or done to us, we are responsible before God for our actions. Please know this does not mean that if you've gotten out of an abusive relationship, you should forgive and walk back into it.

When you feel like your own strength is failing, call out to Jesus. When you feel like the world and all its expectations are crushing you, call out to Jesus. When you feel like you can't go on, call out to Jesus.
The enemy wants you to adopt this mindset of more. He wants you focused on material things and what money might let you borrow and buy. He wants you so focused to the point of disappointment and absolute distraction that you forget where the actual good life is found.
Today as we pray about overcoming our doubts and embracing faith, may we remember that Christ cares about our every concern. He loves us and He is able to do more than we could ever ask or imagine by His power.
We have the opportunity to share the greatest news of all with people who need hope, who need to know grace is available to them, and that they are loved more deeply than they could ever begin to imagine. In the same breath we also have the opportunity to share our testimony, the story God has given us, to reveal to them why we needed Jesus to go to the cross.
We can trust that what God allows will be what’s best and be confident in what he has ahead through the uncertainty. The truth is, he has you on the perfect path. And nothing on earth has power over his plan. Before the Lord even formed you in your mother’s womb, he knew everything about you, and everything about your future
Peacemakers are willing to see past their own worldview to make a bridge that is safe for all who cross it. How can we make those who we come in contact with feel safe if the bridge we attempted to build feels unsafe for them?
