Steve Brown: If it doesn't fit, make it fit. If it's broken, fix it. If you can't fix it, keep trying. If the process doesn't work fast enough, make it go faster. If you're not good enough, work at it.
Does all of that make you tired? Me too. What if we really believe that God was in control all the time and good all the time and just gave up? That's called relinquishment. Actually, it's not giving up, it's giving it to him and breathing a sigh of relief.
He, after all, knows what he's doing, and so often, we don't. Whatever it is, let him deal with it, and then, as it were, go and get a milkshake.
