The Alternative

There are seasons when life feels heavy and you need God to speak with clarity. That’s when Scripture invites us to fast. Fasting is not about depriving yourself. It’s about creating space for God to move in the places where you feel stretched, weary, or uncertain.

When you fast, you allow your spirit to lead instead of your circumstances. God uses that posture to bring direction, strength, and renewed connection with Him.
