When we are not continually giving ourselves and our commitment to Jesus, and being renewed in our minds, we will discover that drifting happens is the inevitable consequence. In our final study on “Knowing God’s will and Wisdom,” Pastor Jeff shows us the importance of stoking the fire of devotion even more as we understand the times that we are living in. It’s been said that hindsight is 20/20. The truth of the matter is that God’s sight is always 20/20. Because not only does He see the past, present, and future equally well. And He shares His sight and insight with us. And when we walk in His wisdom and His Word, we will have the benefit of knowing that following Him will never lead us astray. That can’t be said of anyone else. As we continue in the second installment of our study on God’s will, the Apostle Paul is giving us 3 immediate commands that have an eternal impact in our life as well as others. Pastor Jeff brings out some key areas in the believer’s life. So with more on “Knowing God’s Will and Wisdom” in Ephesians 5, here is Pastor Jeff Johnson.

The more attracted to walking in our own ways instead of walking in God’s ways, the less we can have confidence in the power of God working in and through our lives. Many times we wonder why we don’t see the Lord working can be attributed to this drifting that comes from us, even though we might blame the Lord. As we begin our time in Sound Doctrine today, Pastor Jeff takes us through Ephesians where Paul is giving critical commands as a part of walking with God. With our message titled, “Knowing God’s Will and Wisdom” here’s Pastor Jeff in Ephesians 5.

We live in a time and era where there are more and more people who say they are spiritual, but not necessarily religious. What they mean to say is that they don’t want to be a part of a church body. They don’t desire to be associated with something that may not be perfect, and neither do they want to be accountable. In today’s edition of Sound Doctrine Pastor Jeff gives a Biblically spiritual description of the person who is not only genuinely spiritual, but it is a spiritual wisdom that isn’t about self, but God’s glory and how He wants to use our lives to build others up. With more on our study titled, “Preparation for Life” here’s Pastor Jeff Johnson in Ephesians 5.
