Employee/Employer Relationships, Part 2
As we spent a good majority of our time in speaking to the responsibility of Christian employees and the proper behavior to their employers, God also has a standard for Christian employers. Pastor Jeff Johnson reminds the believing employers that they also have a responsibility to the Lord for how they exercise their authority over others. He reminds us that those who are threatened can respond with resentment and anger. And that is why Jesus is our example. Being both Lord and Servant He provides a perfect balance to follow.
